Great personalized customer service!
Fleet Feet is the best! I have never seen a business (although they are more lilke a family) be so involved in the health of their community. Thanks to the awesome owners and staff, more and more people are hitting the roads to walk or run in order to improve their health. They are doing it well educated and with the best gear available because of Fleet Feet Huntsville!
Love Feet Fleet --- not your regular sports store -- alot of character there --employees are more like family/friends - geniune sincere helpfullness whether you are purchasing or need help personally with a sport - & I always feel welcomed by the friendly staff.

You aren't just someone who is buying something; they really care about you and spend whatever time necessary with you to ensure that you are satisfied. They never try to rush you out the door. They're an awesome group of people...very knowledgeable about sports gear, friendly, patient (esp. with beginner runners..me), family oriented as well, and not to mention all of the events they sponsor/host to help the community become more health conscious. I really can't say enough about them. It's a GREAT athletic store.
Fleet Feet goes beyond just being a shoe store to providing a wide range of health fitness programs ranging from the beginning runner to the ultimate endurance athlete. I enjoyed the Triathlon 101 class last year and plan to do their new Triathlon 201 class this year.
Fleet Feet in Hunstville, AL has a great attitude regarding fitness. They are an industrious, community minded organization that "walks the walk" (should I say "runs the run") when it comes to creating opportunities for anyone who desires to maintain their personal fitness. Personal service, family-like atmosphere, lots of good sales, professional staff, points for sales earn 'money back' coupon, great running advice. The No Boundaries program and other training programs and run have created a fun running community. Not a like a store, more like a cool club!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. They do know the products they sell which is important. Great return policy, especially for running shoes.
I bought some running shoes from them in October and it was a great experience, getting a professional fitting. I haven't had shin splints since I bought those shoes.
